My room was VIP NipahGood points 1) The place was so nice. So close to nature. Design and location are up to my preferences. The road into the chalet already was adventurous,the river flow onto the road,i love it,so thrilling. The pool and room design are also good. The room was spacious,got refrigerator and iron. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was goodRoom for improvement maybe 1) No communication between front desk staff and housekeeping staff. I was given the key to my room however the room was still not cleaned 2) Breakfast was stated from 0630 but when I reached at the cafe,the food still being prepared. Better to change the time from 0700 if they cannot manage to prep earlierActually if nothing to comment upon,I will give 5 stars but overall I am satisfied

Decided to book at here but unfortunately it’s full, so i came here for the food, i bought the package one. Dont really like the food here especially for the tomyam because it’s so salty but overall its okay. The view so pretty that i don’t really care about the food 😂 The price is okay for me not to pricey but also no affordable i spend around 150 for 4 people. quite sad that i can’t stay here but will definitely stay here if only i got to visit kelantan coz this place is to far from me 😭 however this is the great place for a family and a couple it is so beautiful
